terms of service
who you're contracting with
ai makers club ("the club") is a service operated by d.MBA d.o.o., a company registered in slovenia ("we", "us"). by joining the club you agree to these terms.
what you get
a membership grants you access to the weekly brief, the private circle community, and any guides or resources we publish during your active membership.
subscription & payment
membership is billed monthly at the price shown on the join page at the time of purchase. payments are processed by stripe, which acts as the merchant of record. a small number of legacy memberships are still billed via paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for those accounts. the payment processor's terms and privacy notice apply to the payment transaction.
cancellation
you can cancel any time from the customer portal link in your billing email, or by emailing us at support@d.mba. cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your access continues until then. we do not pro-rate refunds for the current period. for the full refund position, see the refund policy.
acceptable use
- don't share your login or community access with people who haven't paid.
- don't repost our briefs, guides, or community content publicly without permission.
- treat other members with basic respect. we may remove members who don't.
your work
anything you build during the club is yours. we don't claim ownership of your projects, code, or output. if you choose to share work in the community, others can learn from it but may not republish it without your permission.
no warranty
the club is provided "as is". we do our best, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, specific learning outcomes, or that any tool we recommend will work for your project.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of slovenia. any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of slovenia.
changes
we may update these terms. material changes will be announced in the community at least 14 days before they take effect. continued membership after that constitutes acceptance.
