refund policy
cancel anytime
ai makers club is a month-to-month subscription. you can cancel any time from the customer portal link in your billing email, or by emailing us at support@d.mba. cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
no pro-rata refunds
we do not refund the unused portion of the current billing month when you cancel. if you cancel mid-month, your access continues to the end of that month and no further charges are made.
billing errors & faulty service
if you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, a failed cancellation, or a bug on our side), email support@d.mba within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.
statutory rights
if you live in the eu/uk and you bought as a consumer, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the start of your subscription. the membership grants you immediate access to digital content (the weekly brief and community), so by purchasing you agree the service begins immediately and that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have registered an account on the ai makers club community. if you have not yet accessed any content, you can request a refund within 14 days at the email above.
