※ week 001 — brief
build a skill.md that
saves you an hour a week.
pick one task you actually do. write a skill.md that does it for you. the bar: next monday, you reach for it without thinking.
◆ what you could make
a skill is a small, repeatable recipe — one task, one output, one prompt away. some examples to get the brain going:
- ux-reviewer — a screen or flow → a usability check
- competitor research — name an industry, get a comprehensive report
- expense report — receipts → a categorized table shared with finance
- inbox triage — 50 emails → 5 that matter, drafts ready
◆ what you'll submit
when you are done, drop your result in #shipped including:
- a 60-second demo — or a screenshot + a few lines
- your skill.md (only if you're comfortable — strip api keys first)
- what your manual workflow looked like before

- tip and: ask claude code or codex how to build it. they're better at this than you'd think.
